    Question

I just read PonyDreamer's post and it reminded me of this. I had a 10yo friend come over a few months ago and she just loves Lissie. She pleaded with me to let her brush Felicity's hair. I am VERY touchy about Lissie's and Kailey's hair. The rest of the dolls, fine, just be careful. But Kailey's is a little on the thin side and she can't be replaced, and Lissie's is so silky and curly with little curls in front were her bangs should be. This girl ruined Lissie's front curls! I told her not to brush them, but she did anyway. I kept my cool, but inside I was crying and yelling at her. I just said, "it's okay" and didn't talk for awhile. She still has curls, but they are not right anymore. One is flattend out a bit and the others boing out. Is there anything I can do to fix it? And does a head replacment have the little curls on the head?

Yup, a head replacement still has the curls. AG might even do it for free, because she ruined them so easily- but there ARE ways to curl it back! I think Joy (djsnjones) would know.

One method that I use on my Lissie's curls when they get out of whack is to wet them down where they're completely wet, and then bobby pin them back into shape and let it dry. Do the bobby pins in an "X" shape using two of them. Give that a whirl and see what happens.
